1. Industrial Robot Body: Generally, it is a 6-axis articulated manipulator driven by servo motors, consisting of a driver, transmission mechanism, robotic arm, joints, and internal sensors. Its task is to accurately ensure the required position, posture, and movement path of the end of the manipulator (welding gun).
2. Robot Control Cabinet: This is the nerve center of the robot system, including hardware, software, and some dedicated circuits, responsible for processing all information during the robot's operation and controlling all actions of the robot.
3. Welding Power Supply System: This includes the welding power supply and dedicated welding guns. There are various types of welding guns, such as air-cooled and water-cooled welding guns, which are selected based on different welding needs.
