Product system function introduction
1. Equipped with walking function, it can flexibly reach the designated welding position for welding work.
2. The FANUC robot body M-10iD/8L has a hollow rotating axis for built-in cables, providing a stronger welding posture reach rate.
3. The control system is open, and the control cabinet can communicate with the vast majority of laser positioning systems on the market, enabling laser positioning and laser tracking functions for the welding system. If additional welding auxiliary functions are needed later, it will be more convenient to add them (optional functions require corresponding ports to be activated).
4. Equipped with three arc welding functions: multi-layer multi-pass, arc tracking, and contact positioning.
5. The welding machine is a 500A industrial heavy-duty welding machine, with an optional water-cooled welding gun, providing better adaptability in harsh welding environments.
6. RL industrial control board: capable of centralized collection and management of welding data, visualizing detailed information, and collecting welding voltage, current, time, length, robotic arm coordinates, GPS positioning, etc., for data analysis. The generated data can also be transmitted to other applications via the Modbus RTU protocol based on 485 communication.
